Delivery Areas and Minimum Purchase
We require a minimum purchase of 12 bottles (and in multiples of 12 thereafter) to deliver within Australia, the website will guide you with this. We deliver via Australia post within mainland Australia and Tasmania only. If you live in a different country or on a remote island please contact us direct for a delivery quote.

Website 'Offer to Purchase' Terms
By placing an order on the Knee Deep wines web site you are making an 'offer to purchase' the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for whatever reason including out of date pricing or incorrect pricing, inability to supply stock, incorrect freight calculations or any other reason. Should an issue like this occur we will contact you to provide you with your options. The website automatically debiting your credit card does not indicate that we are happy with, and can supply your order at a mutually agreed pricing. Shipping of the goods indicates our acceptance of your offer to purchase.
Expected Delivery
We use Australia Post for our wine deliveries. You can expect your wine to be delivered within 3 - 10 working days of your confirmation email. We use a tracking system so please call us if your wine has not arrived after this period. We suggest using a P O Box if you have access to one as wine will not be delivered without someone there to sign for it.
Packing
All items are packed according to Australia Post standards. Wine boxes weigh approximately 16kgs so please take care when lifting your wine.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard American Express and Pay Pal transactions. We also accept cheques plus Money/Postal Orders made payable to "Knee Deep in Margaret River" mailed with your order to: PO Box 863 Dunsborough WA 6281
You may also pay by direct deposit into our bank account - please contact us for these details by telephoning our office staff on 08 9755 6300.
Refunds
We are happy to look at your concerns if there is a problem with your order however, we do not guarantee that we will offer replacement product or a refund.
