2026 Knee Deep Rosé

COLOUR  Pale blush with salmon hue.

NOSE  Delicate aromatics of dried rose petals, lavender, strawberry and watermelon rind.

PALATE  Textural palate layered with rhubarb, red berries and a bright grapefruit lift. Subtle savoury notes of bay leaf and white pepper add complexity and balance, carrying through to a long, dry and refreshing finish.

WINEMAKING  Harvested at night to preserve freshness, the fruit was crushed and pressed on arrival at the winery. The juice was cold-settled, then racked off solids and fermented under temperature control to retain vibrant fruit character. A small portion was barrel-fermented to build texture and complexity. The final blend was assembled, fined, filtered and bottled.

VINTAGE NOTES  The 2026 Margaret River vintage was a classic expression of the region, shaped by warm days and cool nights that encouraged steady ripening, good flavour development and natural balance in the wines. These favourable conditions have delivered fruit with bright aromatics, generous flavour and freshness, producing wines that show both varietal clarity and regional character.
